Strategy is not a pointed prediction of future

In a world that is unpredictable, leaders have more and more apprehensions about strategy as effective tool for leading. This interesting article blows off deterministic pretensions of strategy processes and asks leaders to view strategy as an experiment, indeed a portfolio of experiments.
