What ‘Corporate Culture’ Really Means, And Why So Many Companies Don’t Get It

Everything he says is right, but sorry, culture is not an HR thing though it is a people thing. Culture just gets formed and gets worse when leaders are either weak or bad. This is the default.

Culture once formed tends be sticky because people who fit are attracted and those who don’t leave.

Good, strong, and consistent  leadership actions are needed at all levels to form a good corporate culture that endures.
