Lead to Regenerate tip: Make a diary of your feelings

You will be amazed with what you will learn about yourself by just

diaryjotting down  your feelings at different times of the day.

Just write down like this: angry, happy, bored, excited…..Just do this for over a week and look at your scrapbook. After a week try to recall what caused those feelings. Write whatever you remember. You can use your smartphone for your notes.

What to do after that? Never mind, you will know!
