You, your time, your energy, your abilities, your thinking, your beliefs are the most vital factors for your progress and success. It is then logical that if you wish to regenerate yourself, if you wish to reinvent yourself you start with yourself.
How? Spend about 15 – 30 minutes during the best part of your day (generally mornings or late afternoons work well for me) thinking about the above points. Think about what works for you, what doesn’t, what gives a boost to you and what blocks you. Try to find reasons behind reasons. Do it in an unhurried manner, without pushing hard for answers. Prepare notes. Return to them over next days. Look for small and immediate actions. Get them on your to-do-list.
Over a period you will notice improvements. Try!
