Monday mornings are manic for some, discouraging for some, and confusing for some. As it is, we live in confusing times. Monday mornings just become ‘tipping’ points.
If you have begun reading, continue reading and spend five minutes on the simple workout below:
Jot down those actions which you have to take, and those things which you want to do. Now shortlist those actions from the above, which you can take realistically. (This means that you have abilities and resources for them).
A. Start on your shortlisted actions.
B. Then, start on actions which will make it possible for you take the remaining actions.
You can change sequence of A and B. You can also take actions from A or B them alternatively.
If there is any really really urgent action outside the above lists, it will usually present itself. Most such urgent actions also can wait for for an hour or two. So don’t sweat.
Just half an hour into the above mode, you will find that your confusion is lifting!
